The Senshi Returns policy
Please note:
Any returned item must be unused, in re-saleable condition, with the original tag still fully intact within 10 working days from the day of attempted delivery. Refunds will be via the method of payment used to purchase. You will be required to cover the cost of postage for returns, except where the product is faulty or the incorrect product was delivered. Ensuring that returned products reach us is the customer’s responsibility and we recommend some form of recorded delivery. Instructions for returns will be included as part of your purchase receipt. Our returns policy will depend on the purchase, please see below for details.
Our Designs
Senshi products purchased from the ‘Our designs’ section of the website, may be returned for refund or exchange.
Design Your Own
Senshi products purchased from this section of the website, are only returnable in the case of faulty or incorrect goods being delivered, in which case customers will be entitled to a refund or exchange. Unwanted purchases from either of these sections of the website will not be returnable, nor is there an option to exchange for an alternate size.
Limited Editions
It may be possible in limited circumstances to exchange purchases for alternate sizes, if there is stock availability and where applicable. The nature of limited edition products means that this is unlikely and customers are advised to treat any purchase from this section of the website as non-refundable, non-exchangeable unless faulty.
